About the event
A welcoming Gentle Fitness class suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The first class is free, with a cost of $8 per class thereafter. When: Wednesdays, Jan 7–Mar 25, from 1 pm to 2 pm at St Mary’s Parish Hall. No equipment required. Please wear comfortable clothing and running shoes.
